We can't wait for the pool to open tomorrow! If you need a fob, please contact Ashlee. Your account must be in good standing in order for you to be able to access the pool and if you have previously been issued a fob, there will be a $25 fee for a replacement and/or additional fobs. If you feel your fob has been incorrectly turned off, please reach out to PMS so they can check your account and update me. Please be sure to refresh yourself on the pool rules!
Pool Rules:
1. You must be current with HOA assessments to access the pool. You must have a fob to enter the pool. The pool is private for homeowners and guests. You may be asked to present your fob as a standard for verification.
2. Please do not let other neighbors use your fob as they may not have pool access.
3. Each household may have a maximum of four guests at the pool. Homeowners must accompany guests and are responsible for their behavior.
4. Replacement fobs are $25
5. Absolutely no glass in the pool area. A breakage shuts down the pool to be emptied, cleaned and refilled. You may be accessed to cover this expense.
6. No unruly, intoxicated behavior. Be respectful of others.
7. Children must be over 15 to be unattended at the pool.
8. No smoking allowed in the pool area. You may be asked to leave should this occur.
9. There are no pool parties.The pool is for the homeowners in our neighborhood and they have priority access to common areas.
10. You may bring food to cabana area but please clean up. Failure to do so will result in a $25 assessment.
11. Swim only during pool hours 9 am- 9 pm during school season and 9 am - 10 pm otherwise.
12. Parking at the pool is for pool guests during the open season.
13. Babies and children must wear swim diapers. An accident closes the pool for 48 hours to clean and inspect.
14. Do not prop the gate open or open gate for others without a fob.
15. The pool, playground and common areas are under 24 surveillance.
16. Town of Lexington Police have jurisdiction at our pool if needed.
17. A telephone with 911 access is provided in the pool area.
18. Enjoy the pool but swim at your own risk as their is no lifeguard.
19. Please notify the HOA if you have any questions or concerns regarding these rules or guests at our pool.
