For those who have missed it, one year ago, the Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction (SRNMJ) launched a flagship site for Freemasonry, known as 𝗕𝗲𝗔𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.𝗼𝗿𝗴, to direct interested men on where to go learn more about our great fraternity and reclaim the narrative of who Masons are and what we do. The site has been quite a success. From March 1, 2020 – February 8, 2021 more than 7,700 leads have been sent to Grand Lodges across the US. Imagine the influx when COVID is behind us, and initiations begin again.

Recently, BeAFreemason.org has been enhanced: the site is now fully translated into French and Spanish. Just click on the globe icon to the right of the main navigation bar and check it out. In addition, the SRNMJ also refreshed the “Not Just a Man. A Mason” campaign with four new pieces of creative material. The new visuals are available to all Grand Lodges and local lodges for advertising, social media sharing, website imagery, and more. You can go to 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗔𝗠𝗮𝗻.𝗼𝗿𝗴 and download various materials for free, and use them on your own social media sites.

These updates were announced at the recent virtual Conference of Grand Masters in North America through the following video: youtu.be/WHcn5mOJQ3Y. Our Lodge is investigating incorporating some of this new material in our social media outreach. Feel free to offer the BeAFreemason.org address to any good men interested in joining the craft. (Also, for fun, go to BeAFreemason.org, and count how many times they use photos of Simon W. Robinson Lodge members and our Lodge. It helps that the SRNMJ is also located in Lexington!)
