Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed service fraternity founded on the principles of leadership, friendship, and service. The University of Kentucky chapter, Alpha Zeta, is one of the most active in the region and is growing each semester. Alpha Phi Omega’s Alpha Zeta chapter aspires to be the premier service-based leadership development organization at the University of Kentucky. As a chapter, we
endeavor to carry out the three cardinal principles of leadership, friendship, and service in all of our activities in order to promote diversity, inclusivity, brotherhood, and the personal and professional growth of our members. By fostering this welcoming environment, we seek to maintain long-term retention, create opportunities for meaningful interaction, and promote engagement across all levels of membership via all in-person and virtual platforms. Finally, we strive to leave a positive impact on the campus, in the Lexington community, across the nation, and beyond as both brothers and students by providing meaningful service and building impactful relationships wherever there is a need.
