Family Services provides emergency shelter and support for survivors fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, offering safety, stability, and a pathway toward healing and hope.
They remind us that when someone must flee a violent relationship, they lose not just safety, but home. Even if your name is on a lease or a mortgage, when home is unsafe, you are experiencing homelessness.
Collaboration through the CoC helps Family Services quickly connect survivors to the right resources and support.

Financial Pathways of the Piedmont helps individuals in our community access the resources they need to stay stable and secure when facing housing instability or financial crisis. Through their Representative Payee Program, they work directly with clients at risk of homelessness to promote stability and independence.
They remind us that anyone can face homelessness — a sudden job loss, a medical bill, or the lack of affordable housing can push families into crisis. There are no quick fixes, but with support and community, long-term stability is possible.
