There’s a new, original work in process, the mirrors are (sort of) clean, & we’re all together! What a good week.

Our next original work has been briefed with the company, rehearsals on our first full company piece have begun & we’re chasing inspiration, movement & what it feels like to step into our own power as women & artists.

Mark your calendars! We’ll open our 20th original, full-length production in the Black Box Saturday, November 14th ✨

broken golden wonder, we love you 4-ever. Thank you for finding us exactly when we needed you & showing us the way to be the gold that mends one another.

Thank you to every audience member who joined us in the Black Box for the revival of bgw. We’re endlessly grateful for your support & kind words, joining us on the theatre floor to exchange hugs and celebration, and your presence. Always, always so grateful for your presence and holding dance as a priority in your busy lives.

Thank you to Tom Willis (Tom Willis) & his brilliant mind that sculpts entire worlds. Thank you to Vivien Kurtz (Vivien Kurtz ) for witnessing us, holding us up, and never being late for a cue. Thank you to Landon Antonetti (Landon Antonetti) for memorializing us through photos like oil paintings and documenting the ephemeral spirit of dance.

Thank you to the PMDAC for being our home theatre.

We are so grateful for a life that propels us to make art, for feet that can’t stay still and for that one singular moment onstage when you look up into the light and everything quiets.

Here’s to closing day! We can’t wait to welcome one last audience into the Black Box for broken golden wonder’s last run...

First night in the theatre was a success! Revivals move quickly & it’s hard to believe we only have one more night before we welcome an audience. broken golden wonder, the revival opens tomorrow, Friday, July 31st & performs through Sunday, August 2nd. Three more audiences before we let this show rest & pursue a new one!

A few rehearsal snaps to celebrate the first ✨show week✨ of our 16th season!

Despite the burdens of fear, grief, jealousy, & disconnection, we continue, determined. The power of belonging, play, connection, hope & acceptance running through the seams of all our lives, & with it, the gold glimmer of compassion that mends us all.

The revival of “broken golden wonder” opens this Friday, July 31st at 7:00 pm! We’re thrilled to be performing this show to three more audiences before it officially rests. Join us in the Black Box & witness our most recent original work!
