Thanks to Mrs. Meyer, Kenley’s mother…..I was able to get on the list for 4 meat rabbits. This is not a guarantee but he said he should have enough. So, don’t stop looking but this is great news!!

What a great event.

The Richland Rural Life Center, 969 E. Crall Rd., Mansfield, will host its annual country rib BBQ on Saturday, May 6, from 4–6 pm.

The menu will include ribs slow cooked over an open pit, potato or macaroni salad, baked beans, roll, beverage and homemade vanilla ice cream. Meals are $12 for adults and $7 for children age 10 and under. Homemade ice cream quarts will also be available for $4. Tickets are sold at the door and carry-out is available.

The entrance to the center is located between Stewart Rd. and Rt. 545 in the Madison area.

For more information Call 419-544-2418 and leave a message. The Richland Rural Life Center is a non-profit organization that supports 4-H and Boy/Cub Scout troops. Proceeds from dinners and events help maintain the RRLC land and facilities.

All my rabbit project kids…..there is a “let’s talk rabbits” class on May 8th @ 7 pm at the Longview center in Mansfield. Not required but I’m sure it will be very informative.

I can’t thank you guys enough for working with me and getting these deadlines and projects put together so quickly! 4H rocks!

Next meeting is March 16th at 6pm. This is our first official club meeting! We will be voting for officers and our constitution. We will also be talking about our spring fundraiser. I have a huge surprise for the club!!
