OΞ”K was the first college honor society of a national scope to give recognition and honor for meritorious leadership and service in extracurricular activities and to encourage development of general campus citizenship. Since its founding, Omicron Delta Kappa has initiated more than 340,000 members.

Today, William "Bill" Latture, son of Oβˆ†K founder Rupert Nelson Latture and one of the Society's most devoted supporters, turns 101!

Since his initiation into the Alpha Circle at Washington and Lee University in 1948, Bill has given decades of service and generosity to Oβˆ†K, including his years as a trustee and now trustee emeritus. With his late wife, Louise, he helped establish scholarships that continue to shape future generations of leaders.

Thank you, Bill, for your steadfast commitment and for the remarkable legacy of leadership your family has given the Society. Please join us in wishing him a very Happy 101st Birthday!
