The Quantum Mechanics have been playing and performing together ever since they met at a lowkey jam session in 2007. The band's sound is informed by music ranging from hip-hop to ambient electronica to gypsy jazz, but is firmly rooted in Americana: soul, folk, country, and rock & roll.

Added three more bluebird fledglings to the chalkboard yesterday.

It isn’t uncommon for a non-viable egg to get left behind by the parents. We often find them buried in the nesting material when we clean out the box and prepare it for a new nesting attempt. I’ve never seen one balanced gently on the door of the box as shown in the second photo. Nature is amazing.
