Curious about conservation and regenerative flower farming? You won't want to miss the OAK Farmer Field Day at Loving Farm!
Join OAK on the morning of September 3 and learn how Marietta Labbato and Perriee Williamson are tending their six-acre farm in Ewing, KY, with land stewardship, native ecology and community building at the core of their work. Tour their growing farm infrastructure, pollinator habitat, native plantings and production areas., and hear how Loving Farm is incorporating native plantings into their land management and cut flower business.
Register today at oak-ky.org/field-days!
A Lunch and Linger informal social event will follow this field day, in and around Loving Farm's event barn, with food available for purchase. Come for the field day and linger, or join just for the social event!
This free event is supported by a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). OAK's Farmer Education program is supported by the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund (KADF). Registration fees are waived for this event; registration is required.
