Frontrunners Lexington Frontrunners Lexington is a diverse and welcoming run and walk club in central Kentucky. Frontrunners Lexington is a 501c3 non-profit in Lexington, Kentucky.

We promote health and fitness in the Bluegrass region, particularly for the LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities. We meet twice a week, and we host the Pride Run 5K in the fall. We raise funds for LGBTQ+ charities and programs to fight AIDS, secure education equity, and protect our most vulnerable. You may learn more at www.frontrunnerslex.com.

Join FMA and Frontrunners for a free guided walking tour of important sites in downtown Lexington’s LGBTQ history!! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We will begin the tour at 224 E Main St. in front of the historic Bar Complex at 4:00pm. We will then go on a roughly 0.75 mile walk that will last roughly 30-45 minutes, ending at the “Mother Of Us All” mural at 161 N Limestone. Throughout the tour, there will be many stops where you will learn more about iconic local q***r landmarks! ✨

RACE REPORT: Emily Estes (she/her), Illinois Half Marathon, 2:06:31. This was my first half marathon/really large race so I didn’t quite know what to expect, but I can say it was the best experience! I enjoyed training with the Frontrunners half marathon team, using Orangetheory for cross training/strength training, and having both of their support and encouragement. The race itself was very organized. My favorite part of the race was the section through the prairie park. Music and good vibes from the crowd, teammates, volunteers, and other runners and walkers inspired me and helped me finish strong. I would definitely do this race again!
