Happy 12th Birthday, Beautiful La'An🩷
This rescue kitty came to Harley's Haven from home where she didn't "fit in." I had already been caring for her for several years and we were very attached so I didn't hesitate to say yes when asked if I would take her. 🥰

Five years ago (yesterday), I climbed a fence and a tree with a healing shoulder as a massive hailstorm was about to hit.. all to save a tiny screaming kitten. I had been searching for him from his cries for two hours.

What was even more amazing, he was the answer to the question I quietly put out to the universe just a few hours before. ✨

We made it back to the Rav just as the charcoal grey sky let loose. This was the photo I took after I shut the door.

I was thinking, "Now what".. and he was asking, "Are you my new mom?"

The answer was yes.
