The Mission

The Mission The Mission is a day shelter for those who need a safe and clean place to go, a place to shower, and to obtain food and other basic necessities to survive.

All are welcome. The best way to reach us is to call us or email [email protected]. The Mission is a local community Christian outreach. The first and foremost purpose, is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The second is to minister in practical ways to our community with a food pantry, mentoring, tutoring, job placement, and learning how to function in today's world. We are a faith-

based ministry that believes in helping our community one person at a time. Our staff and volunteers will do their best to help individuals who show the desire to "do better" with their lives.

The Mission is seeking volunteers 🫶🏼

Every day, individuals facing hardship and difficult circumstances come to The Mission seeking support, encouragement, and essential resources. We are looking for compassionate people who are willing to give a few hours of their time to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Volunteer opportunities include welcoming guests, assisting with meals, supporting our food pantry, and helping provide resources and encouragement to those in need.

Whether you can serve weekly, monthly, or occasionally, your time and talents can have a lasting impact on someone's life.

If you have a servant's heart and a passion for helping others, we'd love to connect with you. Contact The Mission to learn more about our current volunteer opportunities:

📧 [email protected]

Together, we can share the hope of Jesus, restore hope, and provide support to those who need it most.

Prayers requested for Pastor John Viland. Earlier today, John suffered a heart attack and was airlifted to an area hospital where a stent was successfully placed. Please lift him and his family up in prayer during his recovery. By God’s grace and healing hand, John is still able to serve.

Thank you in advance for your thoughts and prayers.
