FAIR WINDS AND FOLLOWING SEAS, SHIPMATE LEO WYNNE

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Shipmate Leo Joseph Wynne, BUCS (SCW), USN (Ret.), on August 11, 2026.

Leo proudly served 21 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Builder Senior Chief, and was especially passionate about his time and service with the Seabees. Leo was also a Past President of our Branch, and his service, friendship, infectious energy, and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Leo’s wife, Catherine, his children, family, friends, and fellow Shipmates during this difficult time.
