The Lewisville Morning Rotary Club was honored to celebrate the amazing students of Central Elementary School during their end-of-year academic awards program! 🎉📚

As part of the celebration, our club presented backpacks and special goodie bags to outstanding boys and girls in every grade level to recognize their hard work, academic achievement, and positive attitudes throughout the school year.

We are proud to support and encourage the next generation of leaders in our community. Congratulations to all of the students on a fantastic year — keep up the great work! 🎒✨

Great meeting Thursday morning! We were happy to present Karen Davis, founder of one of our favorite non profits, Ms. Karen's Community Closet, with a grant donation. We enjoyed her update on how her organization is doing. Her visits are always welcome.
We then packed backpacks for our adopted school, Central Elementary School, to award students for reading accomplishments. Winners of each grade will receive backpacks filled with goodies and toys. The other contenders will receive goody bags filled with fun items.
And of course we ate breakfast!

On Saturday, November 8th, members of the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club joined forces with We Are 1 Community (a part of Love for Kids Inc.) at Lewisville High School Harmon campus to help distribute food to approximately 2,500 families in need. 💛
