Sweet Bocephus "Bo" is back with Lucky Lab and needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home in Indiana! He is also available for outright adoption!❤️

Bocephus is almost 5 months old and is exactly what you’d expect from a happy, growing puppy: playful, energetic, curious, and ready to learn! True to his Beagle roots, Bo believes every good adventure starts nose-first!

He’s already making great progress with his puppy basics. He’s just about house trained, almost sleeping through the night, and has learned that sitting nicely can earn him some pretty great treats!

Of course, Bo still has plenty of puppy energy and puppy learning left to do. He needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home that’s ready to give him the structure, patience, playtime, and love every young pup needs to thrive!

Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Meet Archer!

At 9 years old and 58 pounds, Archer is filled with s***k and playfulness! He is an adorable low-rider yellow boy; his legs are a bit shorter, but that doesn't slow him down.

Archer is the sweetest, gentlest little man.

He has lived next to a farm, and occasionally chickens would lay eggs in the yard. Archer would gently pick up the egg, carry it around, and set it down, never breaking the shell. He has the gentlest mouth and even takes treats as gently.

In Archer's prior home and foster home, he's loved everyone he has met. If he meets kids, he’ll play and play and play. If he meets older adults, he’ll sit by their side. Before Archer was surrendered to Lucky Lab, he lived with a man who was blind and then passed away. Archer was loyal and stayed right by his owner's side, but never tripped him up.

He’s grown up with other dogs in the house. He’s very friendly and gets along well with others. We aren't sure how Archer is with cats.

Archer loves going for walks, and he's eager to meet other dogs along the way. Though he is so eager, sometimes he barks a bit at the dogs to say, "Hey! Hey! Let's meet," but sometimes he doesn't bark at all. With slow meet-ups, once he’s calm with a few passes, he calmly meets the other pups. He REALLY wants to get to know Everyone!

Archer enjoys car rides. A preferable home would be one where people are around more than not. He’s OK staying alone, but he loves having someone with him.

Like so many dogs, Archer is afraid of storms and loud noises and can get anxious during those. He’s gotten much better over the years.

He’s kennel trained and sleeps in a crate at night. Otherwise, he’s lying behind your chair or, even better, right next to you.

We have been asked to help three beautiful labs who are at risk of euthanasia, and time is running out. We have an opportunity to get them transported to Indianapolis TOMORROW, but we urgently need foster homes willing to give them somewhere safe to land!

🐾 CRESCENT: A gorgeous yellow female, approximately 2 years old and 45 lbs. She is good with dogs, cats, and kids, and is already housetrained!

🐾 HUCK: A handsome yellow lab, just 8–10 months old! He is incredibly friendly, great with kids, and still just a puppy. Cat testing can be arranged soon.

🐾 HENRY: A beautiful black lab, also just 8–10 months old! He is very friendly, great with kids, and has his whole life ahead of him. Cat testing can be arranged soon.

These dogs are facing euthanasia, and we desperately want to get them out before it’s too late. They are deserving dogs who simply need someone willing to give them a chance.

Available for adoption in INDIANA & NEW ENGLAND — Alvin! ❤️🐾

At just under 2 years old and 45 lbs, Alvin is the perfect mix of adventure buddy, playmate, and professional cuddler!

Alvin LOVES being outside, whether he’s running around the yard, playing catch, exploring, or stopping to investigate every intriguing smell along the way. He is an energetic, fun-loving guy who is always ready for his next adventure!

Alvin is also a big fan of toys and loves a good game of tug with his Great Dane foster brother. He has also been introduced to smaller dogs and has done well with them. Alvin enjoys having a canine playmate to run around and have fun with.

And Alvin isn’t just cute, he is super smart, too! He knows how to sit and has been working on sitting and patiently waiting at mealtime until he is given the okay to eat. He is very treat-motivated and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training and plenty of new tricks.

Alvin is housetrained and crate trained. He does wonderfully in his crate without whining.

Once the playing is done and Alvin has gotten his energy out, his cuddly side takes over. He loves settling in with his people, soaking up affection, and enjoying some quality snuggle time.

Available for adoption in New England and the Midwest: Johnny — part-time snuggle bug, full-time sweetheart!

At around 3 years old and 50lbs, this handsome boy is still figuring out that life can actually be… pretty amazing. Toys? Treats? Cozy beds? Playtime with dog friends? Johnny is slowly discovering all the little things he may have missed out on before, and watching him learn is something really special.

He can still be a little timid with quick movements, but once he feels safe, his gentle yet bright personality shines through. Johnny loves playing with his foster sibling pups, does well with cats, and has already mastered one very important life skill: bedtime routines. When the day is done, he curls up in bed with his foster parents and sleeps soundly through the night.

Johnny is still working on perfecting house training, but he’s making great progress every day with the help of his foster family. A family committed to continuing his training will make the transition to his forever home easiest.

Unlike your typical “inhale the entire bowl in 3 seconds” kind of Lab, Johnny prefers to snack casually throughout the day. Honestly, it fits his personality perfectly. He is just a gentle soul with loving eyes wrapped up in a gorgeous red coat!

🐾 Meet Daisy! 💕

Daisy is searching for a forever family in TEXAS or NEW ENGLAND, and this adorable girl is ready to bring plenty of fun, love, and snuggles along with her!

At about 6 months old and around 20 lbs, Daisy is a sweet, easygoing girl who loves to snuggle and go with the flow. She also knows how to have some fun and is always up for a little backyard adventure, especially if there’s a sprinkler to run through!

Daisy is great with furry friends of all shapes, sizes, and ages, including cats, making her an experienced little member of a multi-pet household.

She’s nearly fully potty trained and does wonderfully in her crate! When her foster family leaves the house, Daisy can happily hang out in her crate for several hours without a fuss. At night, though, she gets the VIP treatment and sleeps in bed with her foster family, where she curls up and barely moves all night!

Daisy is working on her leash skills and making great progress as she learns the ropes. She has age-appropriate vaccines and a microchip and is ready to continue growing and learning with a family of her own.

Lexie is an adorable 11-week-old Lab mix weighing 13 lbs, with the sweetest little face, a big personality, and an even bigger heart!

This lovable girl is full of puppy kisses, playful energy, and plenty of affection! She loves playing with her littermate, as well as the bigger dog in her foster home.

Don’t let her size fool you because Lexie has BIG puppy energy! One of her favorite things to do is pick up toys bigger than she is and proudly parade around the house with them. She is guaranteed to keep you smiling!

🚨 URGENT TEXAS FOSTERS NEEDED TO SAVE TWO LIVES 🚨

We received a desperate plea from an overcrowded Texas shelter for two precious sisters, Lilac and Sunshine. These sweet girls are RUNNING OUT OF TIME.

Lilac and Sunshine are only 7 months old and 25 lbs each. They are happy, outgoing little lab mixes who are still full of that goofy puppy joy. They love toys, exploring the yard, playing together, and making friends with everyone they meet. They love people and other dogs and are sweet, curious girls who just want a chance to grow up.

Both girls are doing very well with leash and harness training. They are also fully vetted, spayed, and heartworm negative.

They can be fostered separately OR together but must remain in TEXAS for now.

Hi! I’m Penny, and I'm up for adoption in Texas!

I’m a 4-year-old girl who weighs 82 pounds with a BIG heart, lots of love, and plenty of room in my life for my forever family!

I’m happiest when I’m going for a walk, riding in the car, or curled up at your feet while you work. (I’m basically an expert desk assistant! 😉)

I’m a well-mannered girl who knows my basic commands, and I’m very comfortable with a good routine. I also enjoy having the freedom to wander around the house and simply be part of the family. I currently happily co-exist with FOUR foster dog siblings, so I’m pretty good at navigating different personalities!

All I’m missing is my very own forever family. ❤️

I’m ready to bring love, laughter, companionship, and a whole lot of tail wags into someone’s life. Could you be my person? 🐶💕

❤️ Penny's Dream Home

Penny’s current foster thinks Penny would absolutely love a home where her people are around much of the time. An empty nester, someone who works from home, or a family with a flexible schedule could be a wonderful match. We could see her enjoying dog-friendly establishments and activities.

Penny is full of energy, but when she's tuckered out, she sleeps like a rock for a solid 8-9 hours overnight.

She'd love someone who will take her for walks, let her tag along for car rides, give her a comfy place to sleep, and most importantly, let her be part of their everyday life. She was clearly very cared for with her previous family and is a social gal.

We're still getting to know Penny when it comes to cats and children, so those are currently unknown. Her foster family is also patiently working on crate training. Penny hasn't really needed a crate; she's been given her own room in foster care. Her crate is always left open, however, and she's already been caught going inside for an occasional nap — so she's beginning to discover that it can be a pretty nice place to hang out.
