Leg three is new construction. We plan to bring 3D printing here to build strong, efficient homes faster and cheaper. The plan sounds simple: a team, a shop, the right printer, and land. HRDC covers Petroleum, Musselshell, Golden Valley, Wheatland, Judith Basin, and Fergus counties. That's a lot of range, and nobody will get left out.

How It Helps
Changing filters, cleaning dryer vents and gutters, changing bulbs. Easy for us, harder for our aging population. No big upfront cost, just neighbors helping neighbors.

Leg one is simple: fix up what’s here. We’ll buy homes that need love, renovate them, make them safe and efficient, and rent them as affordable housing through HRDC.
Why It Matters
Turning empty or unsafe houses into homes is our way of filling gaps and helping neighbors. We need to make use of every home that we can - and many of our old homes have good bones that just need to see some love.
