Our last Psalm 72 newsletter had about a 20-minute read time. In my defense, God has been doing a lot. 😂

The problem? I buried some of the most important stuff at the bottom.

So we put together a much shorter follow-up focused on what’s ahead: opportunities to partner with Jess and me through monthly support, an invitation to sit down with us personally and hear the deeper vision for Psalm 72, and—of course—a powerful healing testimony.

Our newest Psalm 72 newsletter, A Season of Trust, is now available.

Over the past year, God has been teaching us what it means to trust Him while faithfully building what He has placed in front of us. This edition shares the story of that journey—from the first swing of a sledgehammer at our ministry building to powerful testimonies of lives being transformed through healing, salvation, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

🔥 ONE NAME REVIVAL DAY TWO IS UNDERWAY!🔥

Night one was a powerful opener! We witnessed a salvation, a baptism, and three powerful messages that called people to repentance and brought darkness into the light.

Today is packed with incredible speakers:

It has been 1 year, to the date, of the first hammer swing that started the renovation process at the ministry building! Praise God for all He has provided and directed us towards. Let’s continue to labor, in Christ, for our breakthroughs! 💪🏻

I told the walls they were looking good. They said, “Thanks, we’ve been through a lot.” 😄

A major milestone has been reached at Psalm 72: the drywall is officially primed!

After demolition, framing, electrical work, insulation, drywall, mudding, and sanding, the walls are finally sealed and ready for paint. It may seem like a small step, but this is a huge moment for those who have been following the project from the beginning.

Even more exciting, flooring installation has officially begun. Arlan from Fisher Brothers Builders is helping us over the next couple of days, and we’re incredibly grateful for his generosity and service.

There will also be opportunities next week for volunteers to help with flooring, so if you’ve been looking for a way to get involved, now is a great time.

The project is still tracking close to the $20,000 mark, and every dollar invested is helping create a space for discipleship, evangelism, ministry training, and equipping believers for years to come.

Psalm 72 is working hard to bring this renovation project to a close by the end of August, and we would love for volunteers to look over the schedule below and see where they can best plug in.

Whether you are skilled in construction, painting, flooring, trim work, plumbing, cabinets, cleanup, or simply willing to lend a hand, there is a place for you.

Here is the current construction schedule:

June 1–5
Sanding and finishing any construction before flooring

June 8–10
Primer on walls, ceiling paint, and one top coat on walls

June 11–12 and June 15–17
Laying flooring

Weeks of June 22, June 29, and July 6
Installing trim

July 13–17
Painting everything

July 20–24
Staining stairs and installing risers

July 27–31
Installing cabinets, tile wall, finishing plumbing, and shelves

August
Finishing anything and everything that still needs to be completed

This is a huge step for Psalm 72, and we are so grateful for every person who has prayed, given, encouraged, and served along the way. Now we are asking for help to finish strong.

If drywall dust was a spiritual gift, we’d all be operating in it by now. 😅

The momentum is REAL.

This week we officially finished mudding all of the walls, going through 12 buckets of drywall mud in the process. For the first time, these office spaces are starting to feel like actual finished rooms instead of a construction zone.

Next week, Trapper Ehrnzeller will be sanding. The following week, we’ll be priming, painting ceilings, and getting the first coat on the walls. After that, Fisher Brothers Builders will be helping us begin the flooring installation, and we’re believing for a few more people to jump in and help finish the floors.

Once flooring is complete, we’ll move into trim work, followed by caulking, filling nail holes, and final paint. After that, we’ll still have stairs, cabinets, bookshelves, the kitchenette, and hundreds of finishing details to complete.

The exciting part? The finish line is finally starting to come into view.

We’ve also had 2 of the 5 air conditioning units donated already! We’re still believing for the remaining units and are incredibly grateful for everyone who has partnered with this project.

Psalm 72 isn’t just building office space—we’re building infrastructure for discipleship, evangelism, ministry training, and Kingdom impact for years to come.
