The Ten Fifty The Ten-Fifty Corporation is a family recreation association organized Section 501(c)(7) Significant improvements have been made to the property over the years.

The "Ten-Fifty" name comes from our desire to acquire a family property to mark the 50th anniversary of the 1945 Fry family trek to Montana. Failing to accomplish this task until two years past deadline, we modified the original concept to mark the 50th anniversary of completion of the "original ten" with the birth of our youngest sibling, Sam, in 1947. These improvements include: roads, a water s

upply system, a septic system, a bathhouse (with restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and two modest apartments with kitchens), 8 RV sites with electricity and water hookups, a small playground, and three sleeping cabins individually sponsored by three of the members. The property has been used for Fry family reunion events, for small informal gatherings of members and their guests, and as a Montana vacation destination. In addition, the Ten-Fifty is ideal for day trip outings for hiking, picnicking, hunting, etc. The Ten-Fifty is debt-free and relies on its family membership to operate and maintain the beautiful property. The gift of this property to the Fry family is truly priceless. The Ten-Fifty property is available to eligible family members who choose to become a participating member and pay the annual dues. Become a participating member so that your family and future Fry descendants will enjoy the Ten-Fifty memories forever. Come visit this part of the world and you will experience some of the most beautiful countrysides that you can possibly imagine.

Hi Family,

In 2025, membership dues and donations enabled the Ten Fifty to meet all the costs attendant to its operation and preservation. We anticipate those expenses for taxes, insurance, utilities, and basic upkeep will exceed $9,000. in 2026

The board opted not to increase membership dues for 2026 in a deliberate attempt to keep membership affordable and accessible to all. We need everyone's help and partnership to meet that challenge.

I’m attaching a spreadsheet that documents the membership payments and donations we have received to date. — Note that we are only a little over 1/2 way to meeting our financial goal.

Please review the list and if your name—or the name of an eligible family member—is missing from the list we urge you to join us in membership!
