If your child is asking for a trip to Home Depot this weekend to buy PVC pipe… now you know why! 😄

Today Webster students were treated to an exciting presentation from Radical Rick, where they learned that ½-inch PVC pipe is the perfect size for building a mini marshmallow shooter—and so much more! The hands-on science demonstrations had students engaged, laughing, and learning all at the same time.

Programs like this are made possible through funds raised during our Annual Fund Run. Thank you to all of our families, sponsors, and community members who continue to support this important fundraiser. Your generosity helps us bring enriching educational experiences like Radical Rick to our school each year.

🐯🎨 A huge THANK YOU to Myndie from Art Uncorked Downtown for once again donating a class to our top earning classroom for the Fund Run! We are so grateful for local businesses that continue to pour back into our Webster community. ❤️

What makes this even more special? Myndie attended Webster Elementary herself back in the day, and Mrs. Houston’s kindergarten classroom just so happens to be the same room where Myndie was once a 1st grader with Mrs. Green. ❤️🤍Full circle moments like this make our Tiger community so incredible!🤍❤️

Parents of Mrs. Houston’s kinders — you should know just how special your kiddos are. Our volunteers were absolutely blown away by their kindness, encouragement, funny stories, hugs and sweet compliments to one another—and volunteers throughout the event.

One favorite moment:
After receiving a compliment from a friend at the table, one student replied, “Thank you. I’m trying my best. This is difficult.” Another classmate immediately chimed in to reassure him how wonderful his work was. 🥹

These kids supported each other every step of the way, and it was such a joy to witness. Webster Tigers are something special! 🐾

Could this BE any more exciting? 🎉

May 4 through the 8th is Teacher Appreciation Week, and we’re so excited to celebrate the ones who are always there for our kids 👏 👏 👏 👏. From helping with reading to cheering students on every day, our teachers truly deserve all the recognition Teacher Appreciation Week brings!

💛 From gift cards to handwritten notes from students there are lots of ways to join in the fun and help us say “Thank you!”

Because the Webster PTA… we’ll be there for them, too! 🎶

⛸️✨ WHAT A NIGHT, WEBSTER ELEMENTARY FAMILIES! ✨⛸️

Last night’s ice skating event was absolutely MAGICAL and we are still riding the high! 🌟

A HUGE thank you to every single family, parent, and community member who came out and made the evening so special — you are what makes our Webster family the best around! 🙌❤️

A massive shoutout to LC Ice Arena for being such incredible hosts and welcoming our Webster family with open arms! 🏒💙 The staff was wonderful and the rink was perfect — we couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

And can we just talk about our KIDS for a second?! 🤩 Whether they were gliding like pros or white-knuckling the wall (no shame, we’ve all been there! 😂), every single one of them showed up, tried their best, and had the TIME OF THEIR LIVES! We are so proud of each and every one of them! 🥇👏

The laughter, the falls, the victories… last night was pure JOY and we wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Thank you for making memories with us. THIS is what community looks like. 💛🏫

WELCOMING HOME THE LHS MUSIC PROGRAM MEMBERS- Meet at the LHS student parking lot at 5:15 to welcome home the LHS music program who earned top honors at the World Strides Heritage Music Festival in Orlando this week.
