Come work with us in Lewiston or South Paris!

We are seeking multiple Part-Time Community Education Coordinators to create public awareness of child abuse and neglect, and prevention strategies.

Work on community-based requests, such as parent education, professional trainings, playgroups, connecting caregivers to resources, and planning and participating in community events–like our Annual Touch-a-Truck event! In this role, you get the benefits of the office structure while also gaining hands-on experience by going out into our communities to connect with families!

Positions are 25 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours temporarily as determined by candidate and manager.

Starting Pay Range: $21.50-23.00/hour depending on education and experience

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or other Health-related degree
- 3 years experience in project coordination, preferred
- 2 years of direct service experience, preferred

NOW HIRING! CCI is getting ready to open a brand-new five-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) at 97 Blake Street in Lewiston, with doors opening in mid-December 2026.

This new unit is part of CCI’s ongoing work to make timely, person-centered behavioral health care easier to reach. It will give people in a mental health crisis a safe, supportive place to stabilize and start down the path to recovery.

The CSU will add to the region’s range of crisis care options, providing an alternative to psychiatric inpatient care when it’s clinically appropriate. Staff will also help people link up with continuing treatment, community resources, and other supports that foster lasting stability and well-being.

NOW HIRING! CCI is pleased to announce that it will be opening a new five-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) at 97 Blake Street in Lewiston, in mid-December 2026.

This expansion reflects CCI’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to timely, person-centered behavioral health services and providing individuals experiencing a mental health crisis with a safe, supportive environment to stabilize and begin their recovery.

The new unit will strengthen the continuum of crisis care in the region, offering an alternative to psychiatric inpatient when clinically appropriate and helping individuals connect with ongoing treatment, community resources, and supports to promote long-term stability and well-being.
