Enjoy your July 4th - safely!

The Lewiston Cemetery will be pleased to be your final resting place but we don’t want to provide that service for you quite yet, so please be safe in your July 4 celebrations. If you’re using fireworks never point them toward people or dry fields and never allow children to light fireworks. If using heavy equipment don’t rush or operate equipment when you are tired. And of course don’t drink and drive.

On Memorial Day the Table Rock American Legion joined people from the community in recognizing the veterans buried in the Lewiston Cemetery. This following link contains a brief description and some pictures.

The Table Rock American Legion post assisted the community in recognizing our past veterans through the reading of the names of veterans buried in the Lewiston Cemetery, a military gun-salute and the playing of taps on Memorial Day, May 31, 2021. About 30 people of the community attended. Flags
