Medina a 14 year old pupil in Munir Primary School in Yumbe district has been passionate about environmental conservation as this was nurtured when took role in her school as a compound prefect.

Medina's interventions focuses on young people and youth not excluding the district leaders in highlighting the impacts of because she discovered there are gaps within schools. She believes through the , learners get equipped with the necessary tools and skills to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the environment and tree planting.
