A recent pivotal study published in JAMA Network Open has revealed that Yale University's digital cognitive behavioral program, CBT4CBT, significantly improves alcohol abstinence compared to traditional CBT. Participants in the 8-month study saw a remarkable 50% increase in the number of days they remained abstinent, outperforming those receiving standard outpatient care.
