Hello, Peace Vigil-ers! Given the Ice Festival in Lewisburg this weekend, and the predictions for extreme cold, we have decided to cancel the Peace Vigil for February 7, 2026.

Instead of gathering, keep your fingers and toes warm, and use those digits to call your representatives and ask them to act for Peace!

Friends, we are amazed by the number of neighbors who joined us for the No Kings rally today! We estimate there were at least 400 people there -- probably more! And we received over 400 honks, too. :-)

People were on all four corners of Market and 3rd Streets, chanting, singing, and dancing. And there were inflatable animals too!

Thank you all for standing up for democracy in our society!
