The meet is Saturday, and we are still in need of a significant number of concession stand donations and a few volunteers to help make the day a success.

🐊 Gator Families — we still have volunteer spots that need to be filled for our upcoming meet!

As a reminder, parent volunteers are essential to running a successful swim meet. From timing and ribbon writing to concessions and setup, there are jobs for everyone, and many give you a front-row seat to all the action.

Please take a few minutes to log into SwimTopia and sign up for a shift. The more families who volunteer, the lighter the workload is for everyone.

The first meet of the season is almost here, and we can't wait to see our swimmers hit the water!

This week is all about finishing strong at practice, cheering on your teammates, having fun, and getting ready to race. Whether it's your first swim meet or your fiftieth, every swimmer plays an important role on our team.

A few reminders:

✅ Bring your Gator spirit!

Team pictures will take place at the Lewisburg Community Pool on Friday, June 19. Practice will be held immediately after pictures, so swimmers should come ready for BOTH photos and the pool!

It takes ALL of us to make swim meets happen, so parent volunteering isn’t optional — but the good news is there are LOTS of jobs to choose from and something for everyone!

Please log into SwimTopia and indicate which meets your swimmer plans to attend. Meet declarations help our coaches create lineups, plan relays and make sure we're ready for race day.

Even if your swimmer cannot attend a meet, please take a moment to mark them as unavailable. The sooner everyone declares, the smoother the process is for our coaches and volunteers.

🐊 GATORS PARENT MEETING REMINDER 🐊

Just a reminder that our Parent Meeting is TONIGHT at Lewisburg Area Rec Park West (the blue cloth pavilion across from the tennis courts on N. 15th Street)! 💦

We’ll go over important information for the season, answer questions, and hopefully hand out team shirts, towels, and caps if everything arrives in time! 👕🐊

If you’re able, we’d also appreciate families bringing packs of 8 oz. Gatorade or bottled water to help stock concessions for the season. 💚💙

We can’t wait to kick off another awesome summer with our Gator families!
