Pool Close-Up volunteers needed. We still do not have any sign-ups. The signup sheet is hanging on the wall @ the pool. Your help is much appreciated!!

We are a GO to open the pool. The pool opens tomorrow 5/27!! 😀🌞

Sorry for the long post, but please read below as a reminder of the pool rules and info about the weekly Close Down sign up sheet.

POOL RULES:
1. Pool is for Summerfield Village Residents ONLY
2. Pool hours are daily from 10 AM to 9 PM!!
3. No running, pushing, diving, or careless acts permitted
4. Pool keys are required to access to the pool and restrooms
5. No lifeguard is on duty, so swimming is at your own risk (watch out for one another)
6. The HOA is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
7. A homeowner must accompany all guests to the pool
8. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a resident adult
9. Pool parties are not permitted. No more than five guests per household at a time
10. NO GLASS in pool area!!!!!!!
11. Dispose all trash in the receptacles provided
12. Swimsuits are mandatory; no disposable diapers
13. Close the gate when entering and leaving

Weekly CLOSE DOWN Sign-Up Sheet:
There is a sign up sheet at the pool hanging on the wall. Signups are for a week at a time and run Sunday-Saturday. After the pool closes at 9pm, the following tasks are to be done:
1. Straighten chairs
2. Check skimmer boxes for trash/toys
3. Place any toys/lost belongings in red bucket
4. Check bathrooms for damage
5. Email HOA if toilet paper or soap needs restocked
6. Lock bathroom doors
7. Check trash can/ recycle bins for glass (if found take home to dispose of)

We thank you in advance for all who sign up to help with this. It is a community pool and all help is needed to help keep it running!

We are aware of the aged condition of the pool chairs and loungers. We will be gathering quotes to replace in the future as it will be a large expense.

Pool Season!

The pool is set to open on May 27th, pending all inspections pass.

Restrictions, if any, will be posted as we get closer to the open date and more concise info from the Health Dept.

**** Keep in mind—-As we’ve had in the past, we will need regular weekly evening closedown signups (more info to follow)

We have 47% homes paid.

Violet Court has 80% paid
Summerfield Drive has 54% paid
Chicory Court has 48% paid
Trillium Drive has 46% paid
Whites Court has 42% paid
Lavender Lane has 41% paid

Reminder they are due March 31.

Pool Closing
September 7th is the last day the pool will be open for the season ☹️. Thanks to everyone who helped clean it to keep it open this summer!

Due to Delaware county being placed as a Red Level 3 for Covid-19 cases, masks must be worn at the pool when social distancing can not be maintained. Of course, they do not need to be worn while IN the pool.

Also, sign-ups for daily sanitizing are getting low, so please make sure you sign up to continue to keep the pool open.
