The Showhouse is officially open to the public Friday through Sunday for the next month, with proceeds from ticket sales benefiting the Lewes Fire Department. Visit our website to learn more about the home and the cause behind it, and to purchase tickets to tour the house.

🎉 HAPPY SHOWHOUSE WEEK!! 🎉

We cannot believe how close we are to opening day for the Lewes Designer Showhouse! 🏡✨ We are so excited to welcome everyone and showcase a home transformed by incredible local designers and vendors — all while raising money for the Lewes Fire Department & Emergency Services! 🚒🔥🧯

🏡 A FEW IMPORTANT SHOWHOUSE DETAILS

♿ Accessibility: The home is not ADA accessible. However, we plan to add a virtual tour to our website in early September so those unable to tour the home in person can still experience the Showhouse!

🚗 Parking & Neighbors: We kindly ask all attendees to be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood. Please do not litter, trespass, or park in front of neighboring driveways or pathways. In partnering with the city, we have determined these areas of parking: street parking, municipal/police station (first come first serve), Schley Avenue (the small gravel lot) and the Lewes Presbyterian Church (it will not be available during services on Sunday or a funeral; SO NO PARKING BEFORE 1 PM on SUNDAYS).

🎟️ Tickets: Admission will be verified by the name used to purchase your ticket and/or your proof of purchase/email confirmation.

🥤 No outside food or drinks, out of respect for our designers and their spaces.

🚻 Please note: There are no public restrooms available at the Showhouse.
