Join us for a sunny Saturday Market on June 6th! ☀️ Shop from 37 local farmers and producers from 8am-12pm at George H.P. Smith Park for fresh produce, meats, seafood, flowers, baked goods, and more. At 10am, don’t miss a chef demonstration with Executive Chef Todd Gray of The Federal, plus Storytime under the yellow tent for kids and their families. Local artists Judith S. Loeber and Cindy Strouse will be painting plein air throughout the morning.

Be sure to grab your Summer Raffle tickets for a chance to win incredible local prizes, including a special Lewes Oyster House dinner experience, a handmade veggie-themed quilt, and bundles to win gift cards and tickets to local activities and attractions.

SNAP is accepted with a match of up to $20 per Market, and customers can donate fresh food or cash donations to support our Food Pantry Purchase Program every Saturday. Opening Day of the Wednesday Market is tomorrow! Join us Wednesdays, 8 - 11:30am at the Crooked Hammock Brewery parking lot from June 3rd through September 2nd. Our farmers and producers will bring a beautiful variety of fresh produce, eggs, beef and pork, breads and pastries, fresh cut flowers, honey, and plenty more. We are excited to welcome new and returning farmers and, of course, all of you - our wonderful customers! It was a pleasure to welcome back Chef Matt Kern of One Coastal to the Market Demo tent this past Saturday! Chef Matt demonstrated a delicious Napa Cabbage Salad featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Chef Matt was wonderful and engaging with the crowd, sharing his knowledge, cooking techniques, and passion for working with local farmers. Thank you for coming to the Market and highlighting seasonal ingredients growing in the Delmarva.

It was wonderful to have U.S. Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester stop by the Historic Lewes Farmers Market on Saturday! We are so appreciative of the Senator for taking the time to speak with HLFM volunteers about our food access programming, especially our SNAP Match Program, as well as our farmers about their businesses and the essential work of growing food to feed our community.
