ICTPO aims to contribute and promote projects of human-integral development of groups or individuals tending to marginal and spiritual correctives both in the country and outside it, actively coordinate with national and international organizations, whose goals are the provision of services and actions humanitarian programs aimed at the development of society and human development, willing to work

together in the following areas:
a- Promote initiative developments both at the national and international levels. b- Present Jesus Christ as the only savior and healer of man through service. Develop educational activities as: Talks, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and elaboration of educational materials for the formation of an efficient chaplain. d- Develop social activities, collaborate with hospitals, collaborate with police or army departments, with members of civil society, provide services to communities, either group or individual in case of accident, abuse, aggressiveness, Violation and others;
e- Collaborate in the duty with other institutions of services: Red Cross, Civil Defense and Fire Department. f- Promote community welfare and donations, as well as channel and distribute aid and donations to institutions in need, such as: orphanages, prisons, nursing homes, hospitals, among others. g- Give assistance in case of disasters, rescue, reconstruction and others.

Humanitarian Mission in Peru

In a heartfelt act of solidarity, Intercontinental Counter Terrorism Police Organization, Inc. ICTPO, through the leadership of General Luis Suarez and his wife, carried out a humanitarian mission to the District Municipality of Alis, located in the Province of Yauyos, Peru 🇵🇪

This initiative included the distribution of winter coats, clothing, shoes, and toys, aiming to support families and children in need, particularly those affected by the harsh climate and economic challenges in the region.

The ICTPO team, led by General Suárez, emphasized the importance of global cooperation and social responsibility, highlighting that this effort is part of ICTPO's broader commitment to community outreach and international humanitarian support.

Local authorities and residents of Alis expressed their deep gratitude for the donations, which brought not only material support but also hope and joy, especially for the children who received toys and warm clothing just in time for the new year.

This mission marks another step in ICTPO's ongoing dedication to promoting positive change and uplifting communities across borders.

Clean Water for Ugandan Communities

The Intercontinental Counter Terrorism Police Organization, Inc. (ICTPO), through the dedicated efforts of General Inspector Hannington Ambale, has made a lasting impact in Uganda. Toward the end of 2025, GI Hannington successfully lobbied for the installation of three boreholes in underserved communities where residents previously relied on dirty and unsafe water sources.

Today, the villages of Kaama, Nkakwa, and Kabembe in Nakifuma County celebrate access to clean and safe drinking water. The boreholes were commissioned in each village, bringing hope, health, and life to hundreds of families.

Here, we say: "Water is life."

We give all glory to God for this achievement and extend deep gratitude to other leaders and supporters who quickly joined in to make this mission possible.

Together, we continue transforming lives.

The African Union Commission Chairperson Urges Dialogue and Restraint in .

The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf is closely following developments in South West State of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The Chairperson recalls the National Consultative Council as an important framework for inclusive dialogue and consensus-building and encourages all Somali stakeholders to make constructive use of this platform to resolve differences peacefully.

Underscoring that differences between the Federal Government and Federal Member States should be addressed through dialogue and emphasising the importance of unity and cooperation.

Expressing concern over rising tensions and their potential impact on Somalia’s stability, security, unity, and humanitarian situation, the Chairperson calls on all parties to exercise maximum restraint and avoid actions that could lead to escalation.

The African Union reaffirms its full support for Somalia’s peace, stability, and state-building efforts, and stands ready to support dialogue and reconciliation.
