ICTPO aims to contribute and promote projects of human-integral development of groups or individuals tending to marginal and spiritual correctives both in the country and outside it, actively coordinate with national and international organizations, whose goals are the provision of services and actions humanitarian programs aimed at the development of society and human development, willing to work together in the following areas:
a- Promote initiative developments both at the national and international levels. b- Present Jesus Christ as the only savior and healer of man through service. Develop educational activities as: Talks, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and elaboration of educational materials for the formation of an efficient chaplain. d- Develop social activities, collaborate with hospitals, collaborate with police or army departments, with members of civil society, provide services to communities, either group or individual in case of accident, abuse, aggressiveness, Violation and others;
e- Collaborate in the duty with other institutions of services: Red Cross, Civil Defense and Fire Department. f- Promote community welfare and donations, as well as channel and distribute aid and donations to institutions in need, such as: orphanages, prisons, nursing homes, hospitals, among others. g- Give assistance in case of disasters, rescue, reconstruction and others.
