The launch of the Pride 365 candle comes at a crucial time when Q+ people continue to face challenges and adversity. “Even today, less than half of Q+ employees are fully out in the workplace, and those entering the workforce have a difficult time finding Q+ mentors”, said Ryan-Lawrence.
