📣 We need to discuss a pressing issue affecting our teens - . A recent study by the Pew Research Center titled “Teens and Cyberbullying 2022” has shed light on the extent of this problem.

The study found that nearly half of U.S. teens have experienced or online. This is a staggering number and highlights the urgent need for action. Our digital spaces should be safe and welcoming for all, especially our young ones who are just beginning to navigate these platforms.

The most common form of cyberbullying reported was , with 32% of teens saying they have been called offensive names online or via their cell phones. This behavior can have long-lasting effects on a person’s self-esteem and mental health.

But it doesn’t stop there. The study also found that 22% of teens had false rumors spread about them online, and 17% received unsolicited explicit images. These are severe violations of privacy and can lead to significant distress.
