PACT - Partnering in Action Change for Tomorrow PACT is funded through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (SAMHSA-CSAP).

YES Community Counseling Center's Partnering in Action and Change for Tomorrow (PACT) Project seeks to prevent the onset and reduce the progression of underage drinking, binge drinking and youth substance use and its related problems (ages 9-20). Through community collaboration, we develop data-driven targeted prevention strategies, education and outreach which strengthen our communities’ capacity to change the conditions by which youth and young adult substance use exists.
