Level Cross Stray Cat Care There are currently over 20 feral cats that reside in my Level Cross neighborhood, and I do my best to feed & care for them.

Some have been given names, others have yet to be named, but EVERY animal deserves to be loved.

I brought in & saved two of the outdoor kittens. They're grossly underweight for their age (7 weeks).
I took them to the vet & they have two sets of parasites, one has a severe respiratory infection & conjunctivitis, and they're dehydrated.
I've got all the medicine from the vet and have been working hard to save their lives. Although the vet says they're not out of the woods yet.
I've had to take time off my job to do this and the vet bills are not cheap.

The grand kittens of the feral I call Ms. Cleo (leader of the colony) got under my car yesterday before I had to leave. Had to scoop them up & transfer them to my deck. Mom (Cleo's daughter) followed. Then I set everything up to block them from falling OFF the deck.
The other cats scattered as I did this. Mom just looked at me & blinked, never moved an inch.

Well, Cleo's baby, barely a year old, had kittens in my little house I set up the other day. Looks like 5 from what I can see.
Cleo herself is standing guard against the other cats, while Mom stays in the insulated shelter with the kittens.
Cleo has a 4 week old baby, who is mostly being cared for at the moment by Graycie. Saw that precious one for the first time yesterday since birth.
