ANOTHER-ONELINER

GOD HIMSELF PROVIDED THE NECESSARY INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR HIS MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION

I realize most people do not or cannot think like this but….

You must have both good and evil, and a whole lot of other things that mankind really doesn’t want anything to do with; things like sin, judgment and death to have a functioning ministry.

The sum-total of the ingredients I listed above, and I am sure others exist. Together these ingredients (of which man created none) allow for a functioning ministry wherein God and man can work together.

God could at any moment render the devil powerless. However, he wants to work through man to do that.

IT HAS WEAKENED YOU IN YOUR FLESH

That natural affliction you have been wrestling with, the one that seems to be without remedy. Man does not have your answer.

Further, even though it has weakened you in your flesh it is building you a stronger person spiritually. It is that spiritual strength that will cause you to overcome the affliction. Keep your eyes on Jesus and don’t give up.

Trust God to deliver you at the appropriate time, when the exchange is fully made.

A highly controversial piece today, I hope you enjoy it.

SIN IS NOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN A FALLEN NATURE

MAN IS NOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN IN A FALLEN STATE OF EXISTENCE

RATHER, SIN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PRE-REQUISITE STATE OF EXISTENCE WHEREIN MANKIND WAS ASSIGNED (CONFINED AND MADE SUBJECT TO) UNTIL THE COMING OF CHRIST

AT THE COMING OF CHRIST, GOD BEGAN TO REMOVE SIN FROM THE BODY AND ESTABLISH GOD’S HOLY DIVINE NATURE IN ITS PLACE

GAL. 3:22 Paul writes, “But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Christ Jesus might be given to them that believe”.

CONCLUDED (St,4788,Gk) to shut together i.e. include.

Paul writes, sin was included within God’s initial creation; and that ALL MANKIND was put in subjection unto that inherent quality/nature and the conditions it brings to mankind, that Christ might be preached.

With his statement, sin is found to be a foundational part of God’s creation; aiding first in the creation and birth of the ministries of Law and Grace.

Paul writes, prior to the coming of Christ, man has never been sinless, holy, divine or spiritual. Rather, man has always by the will of God been sinful from his initial creation.

PLEASE NOTE: Adam's first sin occurred while in his initial state of existence, that being immortality. Obviously, that's Adam's best chance to not ever sin, yet sin was found in him the very first time the enemy came to test him. Again, even though Adam was first created in the state of immortality/deathlessness, that did not keep him from disobeying God's command.

Therefore, the previously prescribed understanding that man has somehow fallen and now exist in a fallen state is incorrect.

In my former writings I have pointed out that when man partook of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, through God’s judgments man was transformed from immortality to mortal, for the purpose of reproduction of the natural man/mankind. Those reads are necessary to fully understand what I just posted today.

OH LORD GOD, DELIVER ME FROM ME

Have you ever looked at yourself and said, “God I don’t know what to do about me”?

Lord, I can see the problem or at least the symptoms that stem from the problem but I have no idea what it is, where it came from or how to fix it.

And there you are, forced to look at yourself and the way you are in a particular area of life. Again, you have no idea what caused the problem nor exactly when it started to affect your life, but a pattern has revealed itself.

In times past when you cried out to God it was about others that caused problems for you, and while that was certainly true. Today you are forced to look at you. Your problem exists and shows itself without being under spiritual or natural attack and when no other people are around.

Today your question is, “Lord what am I going to do about the problem I see within myself?

Oh God, deliver me from me.

FEELINGS OF FAILURE ARE NOT ALWAYS THE RESULT OF FAILURE ITSELF

IF ONE MORE PERSON ASK SOMETHING OF ME THAT I CANNOT GIVE % #%^&(*^% #$

That’s it friends. That’s the breaking point. All it took was one more request for your time, your energy, and your attention, none of which you had in reserve to give. That expectation put upon you which you could not fulfill, can cause you to feel like you failed.

However, God will use that same request to touch failure that already exists inside of you. That’s God bringing one’s feelings of failure to the surface that it might be removed. And then, you break out in tears because at that moment all you can feel or see around you is failure. But that is a lie you have had many more successes than failures.

But again, God has pushed failure to the surface, and it is coming up and out for your betterment. But at that moment it looks and feels the opposite. Your vision is temporarily cloudy because of the infirmity leaving your body. That which is coming up and out of you is all you can see during the time of deliverance.

Most people do not realize how harmful expectations can be. We place them upon ourselves, on others and upon God. When we do not get what we wanted or what we believe we should have received, we feel disappointed. Over time, that disappointment when rehashed over and over in our mind turns into much more than hurt feelings or minor disappointment. Rather, it becomes a deep-seated hurt or wound; that was mostly self-inflicted.

Do not expect more from yourself than God expects. Do not allow others to overload with their expectations of you. Most times when you feel you did your best or gave all you had to give, that has to be enough.

When overloaded with expectations, all one wants to do is get away, take a trip, take an unexpected journey to a place where people and their voices are not found. Free oneself from the ties of everyday life. Give attempt to break the cycle of taking in or putting out expectations that result in feelings of failure. I feel like a getaway is near.

Don’t forget, expectations can result in self-inflicted hurts and wounds that present themselves as failure. Your own failure, which was the result of unfulfilled expectations you placed upon yourself. When others or God fails you, which is the result of your own unfulfilled expectation you placed upon them.

In both cases I listed above, you will receive hurts or wounds that will present themselves as failure that has assigned fault to you. But God will heal you.

Don’t expect more from yourself than you can give. Do not allow others to put unreasonable expectations upon you. Do what you can to keep yourself free of expectations. You will be happier that way. God’s Blessings be upon you.

TODAY’S QUESTIONS?

Can a believer really give themselves to God within a church setting without fear of being taken advantage of? Can one submit to the authority that exist within the church (which is God) and unto church leadership without being burned? By burned I mean without leadership overreach.

Do church leaders need others for their input or just as an audience?

What if one does see something that is unjust? Something that if changed would benefit the congregation and those working under leadership but not leadership itself? Would that change actually happen or get put in the closet behind a locked door?

You can answer these questions for yourself.

My answer is this. Sometimes God places his people in impossible situations and uses their service to change those around them for the better. Is it difficult? Suffering injustice, even when it is for the good of others is always difficult.

PUT DOWN YOUR WEAPONS AND LET GOD FIGHT FOR YOU

When it appears the enemy has won the battle and all hope is lost. When the attacks have worn you down and you have no strength left with which to fight. Put down your weapons. Look up and cry out to God.

Exodus 14:14 “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still”.

II Chron. 20:17 “You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf”.

Today, do not strive. Place every troubling situation and all people that would draw you into conflict or strife, into God’s hands.

Today, do not rely on your own strength to defeat your enemies or overcome the struggles of life.

Today, let God bring his wisdom, his power and strength to the battlefield. Let his victory be your victory.

Today, let God’s presence bring you confidence, success and happiness.

TODAY, PUT DOWN YOUR WEAPONS AND LET GOD FIGHT FOR YOU

LET GOD BE YOUR ALL IN ALL, THEN THOSE THAT HAVE RISEN AGAINST YOU WILL QUICKLY FALL.

ANOTHER-ONELINER

ACCEPTING FAILURE AND ALLOWING GOD TO CORRECT AND HEAL

Failure is never final when God is in your life. Failure never has the last word in any situation if God is there.

It has been said that failure is an opportunity to start over more wisely. Perhaps that is correct if one sees and accepts the mistake/s made, seeks to understand why, then seeks to correct.

Many temporary failures stem from an internal issue. An issue that somehow made its way into our life and attached itself to our inner-being, most likely stemming from something that happened long ago, possibly during childhood or passed down by parents or other previous ancestors. These inner problems can hinder or block our success in relationships, careers, spiritual growth, ministry etc. etc. No one is without inner problems; that’s just the way God made people; sinful by original design. Then there is the devil and all his evil works against us.

Perfection is unattainable and God does not expect it of his own. People that present outward perfection, a facade/persona, have given attempt to hide their internal issues and must work constantly to keep everyone from seeing them; they present and try to maintain a fault-free image when in the presence of others. However, when one buries internal problems, healing is delayed or never happens at all. All internal problems must come to the surface and out. They must be seen, first by the one with the problem, then possibly by those that will assist in the removal. Yes, there are times when others will see our internal issues before we do.

It’s also true that many times people touch our internal issues, and they do not even know it; but we know it because we feel it on the inside. Anger or jealousy issues are easily seen and felt while others are more difficult to identify. Further, sometimes the surfacing problem does not look anything like the root cause. Meaning, one might be jealous but why? What internal issue exists within you that causes you to feel jealous in certain situations? It’s not possible to avoid every situation that might bring our internal issues to the surface.

One of the Holy Spirit’s main jobs is to expose sin and all other internal problems. Problems like control, manipulation, pride, fear etc. Again, sometimes he uses other people to expose; this is especially true when our problems affect the lives of others in a negative or hurtful way; then they certainly don’t mind letting us know about our problem and are within their right to do so. Then if we will present and confess our problem to God, he will lead us through the deliverance process.

PLEASE NOTE: By exposing our problems to others, God does not seek to embarrass or belittle us; but we certainly do feel spiritually naked/exposed and possibly judged by what others might think or feel about the problems they see in us. That's totally normal, and something we must press past to get what we need from God.

I realize and you do too, some internal issues are so personal, the only one we dare talk to about it is God.

If you were perfect, you would be the one standing outside looking in, you would be the oddity. The world is filled with problem-filled people. Every person fails or is lacking in one or more areas of life. Some people seem to have it all together in one or two areas but have other areas that desperately need attention. In hiding our problems, we temporarily deceive others; fearing that if we are seen we could be rejected. I suppose no one wants their spiritual nakedness to show. Seemingly, the lost art of group discussion and exposure concerning our problem areas, which ends with prayer and release, is not as popular as it should be.

When God exposes our internal problems it’s the same as if he said, “This is what I want to remove from your life, so you can be more spiritually healthy, more free”.

Forgive yourself, through Christ God has certainly forgiven you.

FAILURE AND THE FEAR OF IT

Strange thing about failure, when you feel its presence in your heart, failure itself fails to mention all the times you were successful. Failure has a condemning attribute. Sometimes people are that way too. They see and mention your failures but quickly forget to glorify all your past successes.

The presence of wounds from past failures that exist inside us will at times cause our outward vision to be distorted. That is due to the fact, people must view through that which exist on the inside of them. Again, people that carry wounds of past failure or perceived failure will see and interact with others through those wounds. Some days are clearer than others and some interactions are better than others. However, when one must deal with that which is on the inside while at the same time trying to interact with the outside, a struggle is almost always present.

I am sure there is an evil spirit assigned specifically to establish failure in people or the perception of it. Meaning, failure in man's eyes is not always seen as failure in God's eyes. There is always the false appearance of failure that the enemy is trying to establish in our mind and heart.

Experiencing failure is a normal part of our life on earth, no one is perfect, no one can be successful all the time.

Sometimes when we go through failure, it can produce in us the fear of future failure.

There are times when we feel like we failed God, ourselves, family, at life, financially etc. The accuser/Satan and his evil spirits will point finger at you to accuse you of failing.

Failure will tell you, “You fell short again, you should have tried harder, you will never be enough etc.

When failure is present in others it leads to mistrust, suspicion, and high levels of control and will always question your intentions, expecting you fall short of their needs. The presence of failure in them will not allow them to see you as successful. You will never do it right. They think it’s all your fault that things did not work out for them. You are their excuse.

Sometimes when people do not or cannot trust you it’s because they do not trust God, themselves or anyone else to do the right thing concerning them. Again, the amount of control it takes to trust no one is staggering. No one will ever be able to do what’s right in their eyes.

Finally, once more, failure itself fails to mention all the times you got it right.

Close your eyes and picture yourself placing all your past failures and the wounds they caused into God's hands. Give them to him, he will heal all the wounds that failure has caused you.
