Leon Park & Rec

Leon Park & Rec The Park & Rec board is responsible for the overall management of the city parks, as well as the city's municipal swimming pool.

We coordinate the flag football program for the 2nd and 3rd graders as well as other activities throughout the year.

📷 It’s picture time!!! Your child’s ⚽️ coaches should be sharing out this information as well. Feel free to print off the order form and have it filled out upon arrival next Tuesday the 18th! Some order forms will be available at pictures.
Please arrive at your designated time slot wearing your full soccer kit ( uniform, black shorts, black or red socks, shinguards, cleats)
See you then!

Rest of the season Leon pool hours….. August 13th 1:00-7:00. August 14th, 15th and 16th we will be closing at 6:30 for pool parties. August 17th-21st we will be open 1:00-7:00. The Leon pool will NOT be open on August 22nd due to staff shortage. August 23rd we will be open 1:00- 7:00 and that is the last official day for the pool. We will, however, be open on August 29th and 30th from 1:00-6:30 AND September 5th and 6th from 1:00-6:30.

⚽️ Tomorrow’s soccer games are at the CD high school football field.
All ages (U6-U14) will be in action!
Only coaches and players will be allowed on the field tomorrow to reduce the foot traffic on the newly redone infield area. No sitting inside the fence.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work with the school to continue to able to utilize their facilities in the future.
Bathrooms will be open but there will be no concession stand.

To help you know where to park it to sheer on your team the fields are as follows:

U14 field located at north end of field.
U8-U10 field located around the 50 yard line.
U6 field located in the south end zone.

Game times are included under August 8th date.
