Green Meadow Farm

Serving children from ages 6-18 who are struggling with social or emotional issues.

We help emotionally hurting children and young adults through the use of horses and farm life. Providing uniquely tailored horse lessons free of charge, we focus on helping the youth by pairing them with one horse and a leader. By working together with the horses and around the farm, we strive to bring healing strength, and restored joy in their journey. Our program is designed to serve children from the ages of 6-18 who are struggling with social or emotional issues.

Drop in NEXT Saturday (June 20th!) at 5 PM to support the ministry of Green Meadow Farm. We can't wait to welcome the community to the farm once again for a delightful evening together. All proceeds raised for Green Meadow Farm at the lawn party will enable us to continue offering lessons free of charge to children and families in need.

Shout out to our June Volunteer of the Month, Lia!
Lia is a very sweet and hardworking young lady. I have seen her grow not only in her work ethic but her personality as she has come out of her shell more and more. She is always in a smiling mood that lights up a room. Lia is always talking about her cats that she deeply loves at home and her dogs. I can’t wait to watch her grow more and more into the young woman she is becoming. - Kellie

I have appreciated seeing how Lia has grown in taking initiative in her work as a volunteer. Lia has worked with volunteers of varied ages and personalities and has adjusted well along the way. She is willing to do extra shifts when available and will go the extra mile. I only pop in and out sometimes during her chore shifts, but seeing her smile while she steadily works is a joy. We just love having Lia here! - Beckie

It's June which means the lawn party countdown is officially on! Only 20 days till the volleyball tournament kicks off and the community comes to spend the evening at Green Meadow Farm! Register your volleyball team on our website by June 11th to secure your spot!

"Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy pie, and that's pretty close..."

Have you heard? Our lawn party on June 20th will have a pie contest followed by a pie auction! This is the perfect chance to dig out your family's favorite pie recipe (the one on the slightly tattered, coffee-stained index card) and get baking! And of course, get ready to bid on happiness in the shape of a pie at the auction that will follow at 6:30 PM.

And just like that, 10 weeks have passed and our spring lessons are coming to an end. It’s a bittersweet time, but we are grateful for a really special session.

Our 14th Annual Lawn Party is coming up fast! We welcome you to the farm on Saturday, June 20th! Volleyball starts at 2:00 PM and the rest of the Lawn Party kicks off at 5:00 PM!
Whether you're an avid volleyball player or...not, there is plenty to enjoy at this event! Bring your friends and family along for an evening of outdoor fun, community, and time on the farm, all while supporting the ministry of Green Meadow Farm.
