Our 2nd Annual Lancaster Archery Foundation Bingo was another success. We had a great crowd of players all eager to shout "Bingo!" 🎯

Through game play and raffles, we were able to raise over $11,000 to continue our mission of supporting archery in the United States. Thank you to everyone who played and supported our fundraiser!

Want to improve your chances of funding? Check out these tips!

1. Have more than one certified coach. By having two or more coaches, your archery program will be able to continue should a coach need to resign due to a time conflict.

2. Submit an itemized budget as requested on the application. Each line should state the product name, requested quantity, and line-item total. All the line-item totals need to equal the total amount of grant funds requested. The maximum amount requested is $1,000.00.

The Chester County 4-H Archery Program grew from 16 members in its first year in 2023, to 45 members age 8-16 in early 2026.

Club officials said a big reason for that growth was the additional equipment it purchased using a $900 grant from Lancaster Archery Foundation.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our grant recipients, the Moving Mountains Homeschool 4-H Archery Club in Chester County, PA. Even with chilly temperatures on the range, the archers were all smiles while slinging arrows.

Thanks to support from the Lancaster Archery Foundation, the Chester County 4-H Archery Club was able to purchase new targets and Genesis bows, helping expand access to the sport and create meaningful opportunities for these young athletes.

A special thank you to Audrey for leading the archery program, and to the dedicated volunteers who help make it all possible.
