Being stewards of this amazing property gives us unique opportunities to not only help farm animals and people but also to help the unique ecosystem we have here at HomeFarm. Found this little guy (gal?) inanimate by one of the paddocks. We messaged Berkshire County Turtle Rescue who replied immediately to advise us on the best way to help. Upon their advice, Molly warmed him in her hands until he became active again and released him on the edge of the marsh. Thank you Turtle Rescue and .

When Serafina arrived, she was the most frightened horse in a group of frightened horses. 🌸

This young chestnut mare came to HomeFarm with a baby at her side and fear in her eyes. What has happened since is nothing short of beautiful. Through patient, consistent work, she has formed a deep and trusting bond with her handler, Molly, and meets everyone with curiosity and friendship.

She isn't ready to ride yet but she has participated in some NEIGH programs. Her journey is just beginning. And we are so here for every single step of it.

Your sponsorship helps Serafina find her footing and discover the confident horse she is becoming. ✨

One couple followed a quiet Berkshires road expecting a farm stand and found patient trail guides, a historic barn, and even a donkey trek instead. Beginners fit right in at this Massachusetts horse farm.

As the Berkshires transform into vibrant shades of crimson and gold, there is no better way to experience the autumn landscape than to be immersed in it. 🍂✨

Join our resident donkeys on a guided Fall Foliage Donkey Trek through acres of historic Gilded Age pastures, crisp autumn woodlands, and quiet trails. More than just a scenic walk, these treks offer a unique way to get to know these wonderful animals. At HomeFarm, restoration is who we are—and sometimes, all it takes to reset is a quiet walk in the woods with a gentle soul by your side. (Disclaimer: donkeys may decide that what you really need is an entertaining jaunt through the woods and into the hayfields. Trust them and go with it!) 😂

From starved and unhandled — to thriving and beloved. Meet Cappuccino. ☕

Rescued by the MSPCA from an abuse and neglect case, Cappuccino arrived at HomeFarm frightened but curious. Today, he is an affectionate, playful, and genuinely gorgeous horse who rocks a wild blonde forelock like it was meant for him.

We're just beginning to explore what lights this boy up — and we'll follow wherever he leads. Your sponsorship helps Cappuccino continue his healing journey. 🤎
