Kiwanis Club of Loudon County

Congratulations to our raffle basket winner, Rick Green!

Our club partnered with Young Lives and the Highland Park Ruritan Club for a fundraiser during the last 3 turkey shoots. Our community came together and donated enough for us to provide 24 bottles of infant Tylenol, Motrin, Gas Drops, Diaper Rash Cream, and 15 thermometers for teen parents.

Our goal is for every adolescent in our community to feel supported and cared for regardless of age or circumstance. If you’re interested in making a difference in our community, send us a message!

A big thank you to Highland Park Ruritan Club for kindly hosting us at their event!!

💵 K IS FOR KIWANIS! 💙💛

Help us collect “K” Dollars for Kiwanis!

Have you ever noticed the letter K on a dollar bill? The letter in the Federal Reserve seal identifies the Federal Reserve Bank responsible for issuing that particular note. On this dollar, the “K” represents the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

For our fundraiser, we’re giving that K a whole new meaning—K is for Kiwanis! 🫶

We’re asking our friends, family, members, and community to help us collect $1 bills with a “K” Federal Reserve seal. Every “K” dollar donated will help support the Kiwanis mission of serving children and strengthening our community.

💵 Find a dollar with a K? Save it!
💵 Have a K dollar already? Donate it!
💵 Want to help Kiwanis? Every dollar makes a difference!

K is for KIWANIS.

K is for KIDS.

K is for COMMUNITY.

K is for MAKING A DIFFERENCE! 💙💛

Let’s see how many “K” dollars we can collect!

*A club member will arrange to collect your donation or our mailing address is PO Box 58 Lenoir City, TN 37771.

*The “K” on the dollar bill is the Federal Reserve Bank designation. We’re simply giving that K a special Kiwanis meaning for our fundraiser!

As March is wrapping up, we wanted to share with you some of the things our club was able to do for our community this month. We hope this helps you understand our mission, and we would love for more community members to get involved in our club.

-Easter baskets for children in foster care at the Immanuel House in Loudon County🐣✝️

-Food donation to Cold Hands Warm Heart 🧤❤️

-Partnered with a local MOMS Club and donated towards their Shepherds Hope Food Pantry collection 🍪🥨🍿

-Treated LCES teachers to a flavored water bar to show our support for the countless ways they inspire the kids in our community 🍎👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

-Handed out snacks and smiles to kids at a community event during spring break 😀

If this sounds like things you would enjoy helping with, be our guest at our next meeting Tuesday, April 7th at 5pm at Roane State Community College downtown Lenoir City!
