On October 27 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern, join Operation Parent for The Buzz is Changing. Dr. Aaron Weiner of Prime For Life will discuss today’s products and marketing, how alcohol and caffeine affect the developing brain, and ways parents can help young people think through risk and make healthier decisions.

Align9’s Wellness Workshop is designed to help participants build practical life skills through education, creative activities, goal setting, exercise, and social connection. It’s a 10-week opportunity to find tools and support for stability, independence, and long-term recovery.

We meet Thursdays from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Lenoir City. Childcare and snacks are provided.
