Something shifts when you stop carrying things alone.

Care Groups at Westside Family Care Center are supportive communities designed to help you find encouragement and accountability as you navigate emotional, behavioral, and spiritual challenges, with others who understand what you're walking through.

Groups are forming now and launching May 9–10. Whether you're walking through grief, addiction, divorce, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, or something else entirely, there's a group for where you are.

Kids don't always have words for the hard things. That's the whole point of play therapy.

For children, play is their first language. A skilled therapist can meet them right there, helping them work through anxiety, grief, trauma, big transitions, and more.

We're building two dedicated play therapy rooms and a sand tray space in our new building—spaces designed from the ground up for this kind of care. Come see what's taking shape.
