Central Union Grange #559 Central Union Grange is located in Lemoore, CA. Membership is multi-generational. We firmly believe in the power of the Grange as a voice for rural people.

We meet on the third Monday of the month beginning at 7 PM in the Veteran's Memorial Hall. Central Union Grange #559 is a local unit of the California State Grange and the National Grange. Central Union Grange was organized in 1955 and has served Lemoore and the surrounding area through the years. We are nonpartisan, nondenominational, and welcome members of all ages who have an interest in agriculture, rural communities, and service.

Registration for this year's National Grange Convention - our 160th! - opened earlier this month. Have you registered yet?

More of our schedule of events and activities will be released over the coming weeks, but we hope this teaser gives you some reasons to join us. Convention is more than just "business," it's also educational and leadership training opportunities, chances to learn about our host area through tours and activities, and - of course - meeting and being reunited with Grangers from around the country!

Be careful taking a deep breath if you are in a fire zone, or in extreme heat.

When life gets busy, it's easy to forget one of the simplest wellness tools we have: our breath.

Taking a minute to slow down and breathe deeply can help reduce stress, lower your heart rate, and bring your attention back to the present moment.

🌬️ Wellness Tip: Try "box breathing." Breathe in for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four, and hold again for four. Repeat four times. It only takes about a minute and can leave you feeling noticeably calmer.
