A house can offer independence and still ask a lot in return.

There is the upkeep, the cooking and the responsibility of managing everything solo. Add fewer opportunities to see other people regularly, and home may no longer feel as freeing as it once did.

Independent living offers another kind of freedom: your own space, fewer household demands and a community close by when you feel like joining in.

Check out the video! It was a beautiful day to celebrate the Ground Blessing and Groundbreaking of our new IL expansion at our beautiful University Place campus, located in West Lafayette, IN. The expansion will add 62 independent-living residences, a new Town Center, more dining venues, wellness, living spaces and outdoor areas!

A big thank you to our residents, depositors, community leaders, partners and Home Office team members for making this day a huge success.
