AHOY, MATEYS! LET'S HELP SOME FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS FIND THEIR FOREVER HOMES!

The Pirates of the Canal are proud to help spread the word for one of the wonderful charities we support, Woof Animal Rescue!

Join them on Tuesday, October 27th, at Taphouse for their final Dine & Donate fundraiser of the year!

Dine & Donate runs ALL DAY, with the festivities kicking off at 6:00 PM!

There's plenty of fun in store, including:

- Raffle baskets and autographed sports memorabilia
- 50/50 raffle
- Entertainment
- Adorable adoptable puppies and adult dogs
- Samuel Adams b**r sampling and a Stein Hoisting Competition!

Woof Animal Rescue is a volunteer-run organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for dogs in need.

At Pirates of the Canal, we believe supporting our community means supporting the organizations that make a difference in it. These folks work tirelessly to give animals a second chance, and now it's our turn to help them out!

So gather your crew, grab a bite, raise a glass, and help support a fantastic cause!

Let's show Woof Animal Rescue what our pirate community can do!

11th Annual PIRATE FEST
TODAY — Saturday, October 3rd
6:00 PM
Downtown Lemont

We kick off the invasion at the Lemont VFW 5:30, come early if ye like. Then at 6ish we set sail for downtown for a night of live music on THREE stages, taverns, raffles, prizes, pirate madness, and one hell of a good time!

FREE TO ATTEND!
Bracelets are handed out as ye donate — and every doubloon raised helps support the local charities and organizations our crew fights for.

Come dressed as a pirate.
Come dressed as yourself.
Just COME READY TO HAVE A DAMN GOOD TIME.

Tonight we raise our mugs, make some noise, fill the streets and show everyone what happens when the PIRATES OF THE CANAL take over Lemont!

ALL PIRATES REPORT TO THE VFW!

Every invasion needs a starting point.

And before the Pirates take over Downtown Lemont this Saturday Oct 3rd at 6pm, we assemble at the Lemont VFW.

The VFW has been a friend and supporter of the Pirates of the Canal for years. They’re also the home of our annual Chili Cook-Off, opening their banquet hall to a crew of loud, hungry Pirates year after year—and somehow they keep inviting us back.
That alone deserves a drink.

But here’s something we don’t want anyone to forget…

The VFW is a Lemont staple.

Because they’re a little outside the madness and the main epicenter of Pirate Fest, they sometimes don’t get the recognition they deserve during the Fest.

Not this year.
They've supported the Pirates.
Now the Pirates support them.

So before you head downtown, come start the day where WE start the day.
Grab a drink. Raise a glass with the crew. Support our veterans and the VFW that has supported us for so many years.
Then, when the time comes…

WE SET SAIL.

From the VFW, the Pirates head for Downtown Lemont and the 11th Annual Pirates of the Canal Pirate Fest officially begins.
Three stages. Live music. Packed taverns. Pirates everywhere.
And a whole lot of questionable decisions waiting to happen.
