Official Helix High Alumni Committee
We on the Helix High Official Alumni Committee, which is part of the Helix High School Foundation, help represent Helix Charter High School, and work to provide support to our alma mater through giving back to the school with our efforts. We sponsor a yearly All Class Picnic on campus every second Sunday of October. All alumni, students, former and current staff and families are invited to gather for an afternoon of reconnecting, touring the school, enjoying a car show, and supporting the students. We have raised money through fundraisers for pipe band drum heads, refurbished the Scottie mascot costume, purchased a freezer for the instrumental program, and refurbished the gym foyer trophy cabinets. We also connect alumni with excess Tartan yearbooks that they can purchase to help raise money for the school. We have a rich history, beginning with the opening of our school in 1952, and want to continue our efforts to help our alumni support Helix Charter High School.
