I know were bummed too. With the predicted hot temperatures, and health risk to the sheep, there will not be Mutton Bustin at the Boss Cowman rodeo this year. No fear--stay tuned for fun and exciting options.

Kristi Lensegrav Birkeland was a home town girl from Lemmon who saw phenomenal success in the rodeo arena. But in addition to that, Kristi poured her heart into supporting rodeo in many communities. Lemmon was one to benefit from her knowledge and energy in making the Boss Cowman Rodeo popular in the amatuer rodeo world. As a tribute to Kristi, the Boss Cowman goat tying event will look a little different. It will be a two-round event with the average winner receiving a one of a kind embroidered jacket in memory of Kristi. Goat Tyers--get entered up and compete in the arena that was home to Kristi Lensegrav Birkeland.
