Yesterday day Lemmon had their Veterans Day Luncheon & Program. The Sons of American Legion Post 66 made the delicious food. Afterwards the Lemmon School children gave an awesome performance with the guest speaker Wally Dauwen. Even tho is was snowy and cold it was a good turnout. Our auxilary gave every veteran a tag and a candy bar thanking them for their service. The tags really helped the children know who some of our local veterans were! Thank you Karen Beer & Sharon Creiver for greeting all that came in!

On August 28, 2022, we had a ceremony and raised the branches of the military flags. It was a beautiful night. Afterwards rootbeer floats were served. Thank you to all the veterans that came out and helped with the ceremony. Stay tuned to the page for more updates.
