Leighton-Colbert Cooperative Improvement District

Leighton-Colbert Cooperative Improvement District LCCID was created through an agreement with the Town Council of Leighton, AL and the Colbert County Commission.

The purpose of the LCCID is to improve the Town of Leighton with a specific focus on the revitalization of the Leighton Training School site.
