Once the store closes, all orders will be processed together through the print shop. The completed orders will then be shipped to us at one time and handed out once they arrive.

📣 ERWIN YOUTH LEAGUE ELECTIONS ARE COMING THIS NOVEMBER! ❤️🖤

Want to have a voice in the future of Erwin Youth League? Want to help strengthen our programs, bring new ideas to the table, and make a difference for the kids in our community?

Several officer positions will be opening in November, and we’d love to see more members of our community get involved!

To be elected to an officer position, you must first be a board member.

Our board meetings are held on the third Sunday of each month at 2:00 PM and typically last about one hour. If you’re interested in getting involved, learning more about how the league operates, or helping make positive changes within our programs, come join us!

Meet the Teacher – Friday, August 21

West Buncombe Families,

We apologize for any confusion regarding the date and time for Meet the Teacher. We know that some families arrived at school today, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Meet the Teacher will take place on Friday, August 21:

Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 8:00–9:00 AM
We will begin with a brief parent meeting before families visit classrooms.
2nd–4th Grade: 9:00–10:00 AM
We will also begin this session with a brief parent meeting.

We are excited to welcome everyone back to West Buncombe and appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you on Friday!
