We will set-up and make deliveries FRIDAY before the 30° temperatures set in. Thank you all so much for helping bring hope, warmth, and healing to these hills. Tonight I remembered the most simple, but impactful exercise from my beloved Whapio Diane Bartlett…my teacher and midwifery wise woman. Not feeling ready yet to fully slow down and feel the full impact my body will soon need, I surrendered to at least TAP MY GLANDS.
If you are feeling imbalanced, blue, frazzled, or maybe if you’re even numb, this simple practice can make the request your body needs to support itself…
Acknowledging and activating the glands that are “at the ready” to work for our healing.
I like to stand, close my eyes, and intuitively choose a number to repeat at each point on the body.

FREE SERVICES TO PREGNANT MOMS:

Potential shelter offering in Leicester for a family with a newborn without shelter. Water and toilet provided, safe roads, propane stove top, no electric or cell service yet.
